How can I request my data from Pacific Hydro?
You can request your meter data by calling us on 1800 010 648
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5.30pm
Or you can email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Information required when requesting data:
- Account full name
- Date of birth or ACN/ABN
- Account number or NMI
- Period of meter data being requested
When will I get my meter data?
It usually takes between 10-20 business days depending on how many sites you are requesting data for.
